How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your AutoGuard 360 account at any time from within the app. Follow these steps:
Open AutoGuard 360 and sign in to your account.
Navigate to Settings from the bottom navigation bar.
Under the Account section, tap Delete Account.
Review the list of data that will be permanently deleted.
Enter your account password to confirm your identity.
Tap Permanently Delete Account to complete the process.
What Data Is Deleted Immediately
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and immediately removed from our systems:
Your user profile and account credentials
All vehicles and their associated information (make, model, year, VIN, photos)
All maintenance and service records
All uploaded receipts, invoices, and documents
All parts inventory records and warranty information
All fuel logs and fuel economy data
All service reminders and scheduled alerts
All lead requests and marketplace interactions
All AI-generated reports (vehicle health, resale value, recall checks)
All Google Calendar sync data (if connected)
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no way to recover your data after deletion.
Data That May Be Retained
In limited circumstances, certain data may be retained after account deletion for legal, regulatory, or billing compliance purposes:
Billing and payment records: Transaction history processed through Stripe may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and financial reporting obligations.
Legal compliance records: Data required to comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements may be retained as required by law.
Aggregated, anonymized data: Non-personal, anonymized usage statistics that cannot be linked back to your identity may be retained for product improvement purposes.
Retained data is kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is subject to the same security protections as active account data.
